Frequently Asked Questions and Ordering Information

Please read the following before placing an order with Initially Yours Monogramming.

How do I place an order?
Please email me at jscmkturner@yahoo.com to place and order. If you do not intend on paying for the item you have ordered, please do not place the order. After the order is placed, you will be charged for the item unless there is an error on my part (this does not apply to USPS issues, please see Shipping information below for details).

If you have not heard from me with 24 hrs., please resend your email. I sometimes have issues with yahoo email.

Will you monogram/applique my own items?
Yes. For local people, I have a drop box where you can leave your items. For people who are not local, you are welcome to mail me your items. I can/will monogram most items. Please email me before dropping off or mailing bags or spandex items.....Also, price depends on the items, you can email me for a price quote.


What are your shipping/handling charges?
I ship through USPS, priority mail. This charge is about $5.00 in most cases. If I have to purchase a large box or special packaging, a small extra charge may apply. When you place your order with me, I can estimate your charges for you.
**Please be aware that once I ship your package to you, I am no longer responsible for it. If you would like to add insurance, please let me know. If you have to have the item by a certain date, I will mail the item in plenty of time to arrive, but cannot guarantee it will arrive on time. Fedex & USPS express are guaranteed/trackable delivery services and are available, please email me for prices.


How can I see all of the designs available for applique?
I have three main sites that you can visit to look at designs. Please email me if you are interested and I will email you the sites. I also have some examples listed out in my monogramming group on Facebook that are not yet pictured on the blog. To view those, search for Initially Yours Monogramming on facebook.


What is your turn around time ?

Usually, my turnaround time is 7-10 days, sometimes more, sometimes less. I will stay in contact with you throughout the process should your order take longer.



When/How do I pay for my items?

I will email you a couple of days before your order is complete. At that time you can either make an online payment through paypal or mail me a check. The order will not be shipped until payment has been received.

I am ordering a gift for a friend, will you ship it for me?

Yes, I will wrap it in a cellophane bag and tie it with wraffia with an enclosure card from you.
